My first one of these never reached me, having got lost in the mail. IWOOT's superb customer service shone as always, especially in comparison to that of a certain postal service...
The product itself is great - very bright! My only quibble is that I found it very difficult to clip it together. The small clip which holds the torch and the key ring together is tiny, and you need about three hands to push into place using a screwdriver. I also had it come unclipped when I was unlocking a door, and had to go through the whole rigmarole again. Nonetheless it's a great and unobtrusive means of always having a torch at your disposal.
