Brilliant little portable massage ball that really can get into the knots, either on yourself or someone else. I'm a trained massage therapist but often you find you sort out everyone else and end up 'knotted' up yourself from work and sport. I tend to use it more for myself as I do still prefer the traditional trained massage fingers for others (more feeling through them) but it's ideal and does exactly what it says in the tin. Great buy.

After using it on my boyfriend he said, i love you a little bit more now! and i have to admit i kinda like it too. It feels amazing on your back

At first I was a little bit sceptical as to whether a small ball was worth the amount I paid for it...but when applied to my girlfriend's back I was a changed person!! My only warning would be to warm it up first!!

Bought this for my partner for his birthday, but it's ended up as a gift for 'us'! It's simply fabulous and I wish could get him to massage me with it for hours on end - well worth it and I'd recommend to anyone.
