This little creative kit is brilliant for those who like to build models or are interested in how things work.
Building it, you feel a sense of achivement when it works, i would highly reccomend this to anybody who is creative.
At first, i thought this product didn't work, but it turns out you need direct daylight or else it just won't have enough power for the small yet powerful motors inside to work.
5 minute wonder? Maybe, but when your bored you'll see yourself staring at it spinning on your windowsill, and thinking "i made that!"

I bought this for my boyfriend and he has really enjoyed making the different models!! It works like magic as it uses direct sunlight and nothing less to work!
One thing I will say is that it is quote fiddly and if you are not into kinder egg style things you probably will get annoyed by it!

Great fun to do. The windmill goes round madly whenever the sun shines.

Got this as a xmas gift for a child I know. It looks like its pretty funky so am hoping it's a hit! Sure if it's not with him, then his dad will love it!
Lightweight too so great if you need to wrap it and send overseas! ( As I do!)

This is fun! My 14-year-old son bought this for himself and (we!) have had lots of fun building each of the models (you can only make one at-a-time of course)! All the parts are good quality and fit together quite easily (as long as you are not a complete ham-fist with construction toys) and the resulting models work well, even if you do have to shine a bright light quite close to them to make them go! (Haven't tried it outside in natural sunlight yet, the weather hasn't allowed it....). Enjoyable and educational.

The 6 in 1 Solar Robot Kit is absolutely useless unless it is put in direct sunlight.
Which for me is not possible apart from the early morning. And i don't want to hold it up to a 50w light to get it to work.

it a nice looks prdict but i can only get it to work when it is about 3inchs from a light source
