...It's really only a ball when you get it, once you've used it it's never really a ball again. Entertaining but i can't really see it reducing stress. Something to mess with when your waiting for someone to get ready to go out.

I bought this for my husband who finds it hard to relax after a stressful day at the office. Its strength and squishiness seem to absorb his stress in a few minutes. Magic!
